What is the shipping cost?

We offer a fixed shipping fee of 490 kr excl. VAT per order.

For orders over 20,000 kr excl. VAT, delivery is free of charge.

When will I receive my delivery?

For orders placed on weekdays before 10:00, we dispatch goods on the same day. Delivery time depends on the recipient's address.

Southern and central Sweden: Delivery the next working day.
Northern Sweden: Delivery within 2–3 working days.

Orders placed after 10:00 are processed on the next working day, which may extend the delivery time by one day.

Please note that we do not deliver on weekends or public holidays.

We use PostNord as our logistics partner for safe and prompt deliveries.

How do returns and the right of withdrawal work?

14-day right of withdrawal from receipt of goods.

To return an item, the following applies:

The product must be in an unused and unaltered condition.
Tyres that have been mounted, used, or show signs of wear cannot be returned.
The product must be returned in its original packaging, if available.
You are responsible for the return shipping cost.
Always contact us before returning an item to receive the return address and instructions.

The purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days of us receiving and approving the return.

How do I make a warranty claim or complaint?

We guarantee that every product carrying our brand name and article number is free from manufacturing and material defects at the time of delivery, provided that the product has been handled and used according to our instructions.

If you need to make a claim on a product – contact us first. We will issue a claim authorisation and further instructions. The product must be returned to us for inspection before any compensation can be approved. Compensation upon approved claim

Compensation is granted in proportion to the product's age and wear, provided that a manufacturing or material defect is identified during our inspection.

Compensation is not provided for:

• Damage resulting from improper mounting, use, or handling

• Tyres with a tread depth under 3 mm

• Ancillary costs such as mounting, studding, or balancing

• Any consequential damage to persons or property

What warranty applies to your tyres?

When purchasing complete wheels, we provide a 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects. In the event of an approved claim, compensation applies solely to the original tyre and is reduced based on wear.

All complete trailer/free-rolling wheel assemblies are delivered filled with 9 kg nitrogen, and drive wheels with 7 kg.

Can you get a 5-year warranty on retreaded tyres?

Warranties on retreaded tyres vary depending on the product and application. Contact FHDäck Frösshammar and we will assist you with the right option and terms.

Drive with greater peace of mind with CrossWind's damage warranty. In the event of sudden and irreparable damage, the tyre is replaced with up to 100%, depending on remaining tread depth and in accordance with the warranty terms.

Can I get paid for old tyres?

Do you have undamaged used wheels? We buy them back for up to 500 kr/unit, provided they are no more than 7 years old and approved for retreading.

We collect from your premises – we cover the freight costs (minimum 4 wheels per shipment).
You receive a voucher that can be used on your next purchase.
The voucher is valid for 24 months.
