14 days right of withdrawal from the received product.

To return an item, the following applies:

• The product must be in unused and unaltered condition.

• Tires that have been mounted, used or show signs of wear cannot be returned.

• The product must be returned in its original packaging, if available.

• You are responsible for the return cost.

• Always contact us before returning to receive the return address and instructions.

The purchase price will be refunded within 14 days of us receiving and approving the return.

We guarantee that every product bearing our brand and article number is free from manufacturing and material defects at the time of delivery, provided that the product has been handled and used in accordance with our instructions.

If you need to make a complaint about a product – please contact us first. We will send you a complaint authorization and further instructions. The product must be returned to us for inspection before any compensation can be approved. Compensation for approved complaints

Compensation is provided in proportion to the product's age and wear, provided that a manufacturing or material defect is found during our examination.

Compensation is not provided for:

• Damage caused by improper assembly, use or handling

• Tires with tread depth below 3 mm

• Peripheral costs such as assembly, dubbing or balancing

• Any consequential damages to persons or property

When purchasing complete wheels, we provide a 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If the complaint is approved, the compensation only applies to the original tire, and is reduced based on wear.

All complete roller tires are delivered filled with 9 kg of nitrogen, and drive tires with 7 kg.

The recycling fee is an environmental fee that is added to the purchase of new tires or complete wheels. It is used to finance the collection, transport and recycling of end-of-life tires. The fee is SEK 120 excl. VAT per tire or wheel and ensures that the tires are disposed of in an environmentally friendly and responsible manner according to Swedish environmental requirements.

Do you have used wheels without damage? We will buy them back for up to SEK 500/piece, provided they are no more than 7 years old and approved for retreading.

• We will pick up from you - we will cover the shipping costs (at least 4 wheels per shipment).

• You will receive a voucher that can be used on your next purchase.

• The voucher is valid for 24 months.

When ordering on weekdays before 10:00, we will ship the goods the same day. The delivery time depends on the recipient address.

• Southern and central Sweden: Delivery the next business day.

• Northern Sweden: Delivery within 2–3 weekdays.

Orders placed after 10:00 AM will be processed the next business day, which may extend the delivery time by one day.

Please note that we do not deliver on weekends or public holidays.

We use PostNord as our logistics partner for safe and punctual deliveries.

We offer a fixed shipping cost of SEK 995 excluding VAT per order.

For orders over 20,000 SEK excluding VAT, shipping is free.

When ordering, you can choose the delivery method "Pick up yourself in Kumla".

Please note that your ordered goods can only be collected after you have received a text message or email from us confirming that the goods are ready for collection. The order must then be collected within 14 days.
