Delivery time:

If you place an order on weekdays before 10:00, we will ship the goods the same day. The delivery time depends on the recipient address:

Southern and central Sweden: Delivery next business day
Northern Sweden: Delivery within 2–3 weekdays

Orders placed after 10:00 AM will be processed the next business day, which may extend the delivery time by one day.

Please note that we do not deliver on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping cost:

We offer a fixed shipping cost of SEK 995 excluding VAT per order.

For orders over 20,000 SEK excluding VAT, shipping is free.

Tracking:

Tracking numbers will be sent via email as soon as the order has been shipped.

Delivery method:

PostNord delivers directly to the company address, private addresses or to the nearest terminal if unloading is not possible.

Return and refund policy

14 days right of withdrawal from the date you receive your item.

To return an item, the following applies:

The product must be in unused and unaltered condition.
Tires that have been mounted, used or show signs of wear cannot be returned.
The product must be returned in its original packaging, if available.
You are responsible for the return cost.
Always contact us before returning to receive the return address and instructions.

We will refund the purchase price within 14 days of receiving and approving the return.

Complaint

We guarantee that every product bearing our brand and article number is free from manufacturing and material defects at the time of delivery, provided that the product has been handled and used in accordance with our instructions.

If you need to make a complaint about a product – please contact us first. We will send you a complaint authorization and further instructions. The product must be returned to us for inspection before any replacement can be approved.

Compensation in case of approved complaint:

Compensation is provided in proportion to the product's age and wear, provided that a manufacturing or material defect is found during our examination.

Compensation is not provided for:

• Damage caused by incorrect assembly, use or handling.

• Tires with tread depth below 3 mm.

• Peripheral costs such as assembly, dubbing or balancing.

• Any consequential damage to persons or property.
